This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which Vinaria Yalovo sells goods to its customers through its online store at the following Internet address:https://vinarnayalovo.com, hereinafter referred to as the STORE for brevity. Anyone who enters the internet address on their technical device will be referred to as a USER for brevity. By accessing any page of the STORE with the hyperlinks embedded in it, as well as other pages of the website, or by using or paying for products offered by the STORE, the Consumer agrees, fully accepts, and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
Rights and responsibilities:
The products in the STORE are limited only to the specified conditions. Yalovo Winery has the right at any time and without notice to make changes to the published products and prices, with all such changes and additions taking effect from the moment of their publication on the website of the online store.
Limitation of liability:
In order to purchase products from the STORE, you submit personal information. This information is protected by the Personal Data Protection Act. The STORE uses personal information to improve the services it offers you. The information you submit is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Change in commodity prices:
THE STORE has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to consumers. The consumer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing the order.
In the event of a price reduction, the reduced prices shall be announced by placing the new price next to the old price, which shall be crossed out. In the event of technical errors on the part of the user in the information provided by them when placing the order, the STORE has the right to refuse to fulfill the order without owing compensation to the user. In the event of amounts paid by the consumer for a specific order(s) which cannot be fulfilled for the above reasons, the STORE undertakes to refund them. Reduced prices shall be announced by placing the new price next to the old price, which shall be crossed out.
Terms used:
User: A personwho selects products from the STORE, fills in the details and initiates the order, doing so on their own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity by which they are authorized.
Recipient:A natural or legal person who may be different from the consumer and who receives the ordered products at the address specified by the applicant.
Boththe user andthe recipientmust be persons of legal age.
To place an order, the user must fill in the required information in the designated fields.
For deliveries:
Deliveries of orders placed through the STORE are free of charge within Bulgaria.Deliveries are made exclusively by the courier company Speedy and can be made to the recipient's address or to a Speedy office, depending on the customer's preference. The usual delivery time is within 2 to 5 business days.
For deliveries within the EU outside Bulgaria, please contact us so that we can offer you a delivery option.
In case of specified delivery address or time that cannot be fulfilled by the courier company Speedy, the STORE will contact you to change the delivery address or time. If this is not possible, the STORE reserves the right to refuse the order.
Consumer protection:
Information for consumers pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act:
1. The main characteristics of the products are described on the page presenting the respective product.
2. The supplier of goods ordered from this online store is Yalovo Winery.
3. The final price of the goods is displayed on the product presentation page, immediately next to the name of the goods. The cost of delivery is INCLUDED in the price of the goods.
6. The ONLINE STORE does not charge any fees for using a means of communication.

Order cancellation:
If the consumer cancels an order, the STORE will refund all payments it has received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer informs the STORE of their decision to cancel.
The ONLINE STORE will only refund the customer's bank or card account from which the payment was made. The ONLINE STORE has the right to postpone the refund until the goods are returned or until proof is provided that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The consumer should send the goods back to the STORE or return them without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which the consumer informed the STORE of their withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends the goods back to the STORE before the expiry of the 14-day period.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the User shall bear the transport costs for returning the goods to the STORE.

Delivery of ordered goods is carried out within 1 to 5 working days from the date of the order, if made before 12:00. If the order is placed after this time, the next working day shall be taken as the start of the period. The order is paid upon delivery by Speedy Courier Company. Shipping costs are included in the price of the products.
When purchasing 6 or more bottles, you receive a discount of 3.90 BGN per bottle.
On delivery of the goods you pay the amount due to the courier. You do not pay anything extra. All delivery costs are included in the order price.

You may choose to pay by debit or credit card, and your card information will not be used for any purpose other than making the payment.
