VEGETABLES Grapes from a small vineyard in. Kamen, Strazhishko of medium-stemmed formation with butt pruning. The deep sandy loam soil and the cooler climate help to produce grapes of exceptional concentration.
VINIFICATION Strict selection of grapes and maceration for 18-20 days in wooden vats. Aged in French, American, and Bulgarian oak barrels for 18 months, with stabilization and clarification done naturally, without fining agents and gentle filtration.
