Red wine aged for 18 months in oak barrels. The color is very dense ruby red, and the aroma is varietal with predominant notes of black fruit: blueberry, aronia, ripe cherry, as well as cappuccino, black pepper, and vanilla. The wine has an elegant and dynamic taste, and the body is flexible with a lot of sweetness and grainy tannins. The finish is long with accents of oak, smoke, and black fruit.

FOOD PAIRING: It would go well with beef steak, as well as red meats in general – lamb, duck magret, or game. It would also pair well with aged hard cheeses such as Comté, Tomme, or Manchego.

CATEGORY dry red wine with protected geographical indication 'Danube Plain'

VEGETABLES Grapes from a small vineyard in. Kamen, Strazhishko of medium-stemmed formation with butt pruning. The deep sandy loam soil and the cooler climate help to produce grapes of exceptional concentration.

VINIFICATION Strict selection of bunches and grains before crushing and milling. Fermentation takes place in a wooden vat for about 14-15 days. Aging is in French, American and Bulgarian oak barrels for 18 months.
