Cabernet Sauvignon § Cabernet Franc

A rosé with a delicate peach-pink color. The aroma is intense with notes of citrus, gooseberry, cassis, raspberry, as well as hints of pepper and flint. The taste is fresh and dynamic with a medium body, and the finish is underpinned by a pleasant freshness and a hint of strawberry tart.

FOOD PAIRING It goes well with appetizers, salads with dressing, baked fish (trout, salmon, sea bass, sea bream...), risotto with seafood or vegetables, spring rolls. Also with some desserts: fruit tart, strudel, small pastries or fruit.
