Description

ZASUKANO– the braids from the village of Kilifarevo near Yalovo were considered the benchmark for the highest quality. This is where the expression "twisted like a Kilifarevo braid" comes from. A braid is made by intertwining and crossing woolen threads, which are then twisted. The wine is a blend of several varieties, different terroirs, characteristics, and vinification techniques. Twisted like a colorful braid, the wine brings color and joy to both everyday life and celebrations.

VINEYARDAll plots with red varieties used by Yalovo Winery are included.

VINIFICATION The wine is a blend of several different batches, made in the spirit of traditional old red wine technologies. After blending, the wine is aged for 6 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
